Hey. I'm currently trying to learn how to apply 2 OSL from different points and I'm planning to try out on my first sculpture. I'm using some work like the warrior posted but I'm confused as to what makes this work. Essentially, it's normal OSL from 2 different points, right? But when the colors clash, what color would I pick? I've been trying to understand what makes this work and I'm guessing i've to pick a neutral color such as black or gray?

||Apologies for the extremely rough/fugly sketch, I'm just trying to plan how to go about it||

In this Hobby Cheating tutorial, I take you through how to understand light sources, the differences between direct, environmental and motivated light and more difuse or distant atmospheric light. I show you how you can easily use both on your miniature to place your miniature into a world. Hope you enjoy!

It does help a little bit, ty! I don't generally use youtube as a learning medium since there is an abundance of videos and I'm never really sure what's best. Would you recommend any?

Vince Venturella has a lot of mini painting ones. Yes, YouTube might not always be the best source of information though.

I think the best way to do this is to just use some lights. The cheap way is to grab some filters at an art store, photography store or Amazon. And a couple of small flashlights. The more expensive ways to grab a couple of these and adjust them to the right color and intensity. Using a mask to control the amount of light
