Hey yall I’ve never pour epoxy resin before and I don’t really have any idea what do do could anyone tell me the basics and what I would need? Thank you!

You need both parts of the 2-part epoxy resin of course. Read the labels for proper mixing ratios & safety instructions.

I like cheap wooden popsicle sticks for stir sticks and small disposable paper cups for mixing in. You can let any extra unused resin cure in the cup and then just toss it in the garbage. You may also want a measuring cup to be able to measure each part / total volume.

Make sure you seal any edges really well if you're going for depth in your pour so that it doesn't spill out.

Gravity will continue to work on the resin as it cures so try not to over-pour.

You will also want a bbq lighter or torch to pop any bubbles.

It's relatively straightforward if you read the label and maybe watch a diorama maker's video or two. Boulder Creek Railroad and Boylei Hobby Time both do a lot of resin work.
