Working on my OSL. Anyone have tips to improve? I feel like the lights are there just missing depth.

They are missing a bit of depth, I'd go back in and put some more stark hanging shadows on the undersides.
Also I think you need to manually push the base of your fire a bit brighter, currently it's the same brightness as the cast light which doesn't seem correct your source should always be brighter than the cast light
