Coming back after a couple years

I realize that these minis have pretty much all the defects, but I wanted to ask what do you think I should focus on, ie what are the most glaring problems.

All of the minis look decent enough. Paint is in the right places and they look good for the tabletop! If you are looking to improve, the next step for me would be to recommend working on "depth" of colour. Your highlights on the tabbards are abrupt, so working on smoothing those out and making them more gradual would help a lot. Conversely, adding some washes to darken things might help you on spots like the armor where getting some darker colour between the texture pieces would help sell the effect more
