I've got a kraken as well from Archon, but it does have a bit of paint on it already, as I'm trying to get the mouth painted before assembling, so I'll probably have to find a pirate instead.

They seem quite demonic to me and a sea creature (stingray). especially the middle one demonwise.

But demonic or not they fit this PAL. But you have to pick between this PAL or the demonalong one for these as you can't enter one in multiple PALs. Think they fit this PAL best personally.

Made a start. Will have to embrase imperfections and roughness. Cleaned it as well as I could but plastic board game figures are harder to clean up neatly and the cast is softer. But it'll do 🙂

Calling him done. Getting a bit annoyed at the at places less then stellar cast quality that comes with plastic boardgame minis (compared to what I normally paint) and the challenges of painting that. Anyway... one more figure ticked off for the game 🙂

It's got webbed feet. Also, I'm pretty sure common usage of the world turtle is for any turtle that is primarily aquatic, as opposed to the terrestrial version that we call tortoises. 🙂

Waiting for the shade to dry and the basecoat on the coral to dry for tonight and then I'll finish this up in the morning. I'm not at all happy with it as I had no direction and was making random shit up as I go. Will clean it up and finish it up after some sleep

Smoothed out skin tone and added some highlights to huge belly.
