Trying to do a golden dragon head. Any advice to improve the NMM and especially what can I do to improve the horns which I would like to be solid gold.

I think it look pretty good! Now I’m no expert and would love to hear what others have to say but from the top of my head I would but more value on the scales and move the middle highlight on the horn, you could try treating the horn like a square Pyramide
