Okay, so I am hoping for some advice before I go nuts with my airbrush.

Maining I am wondering what I could do to really make this pop? Namely, should I go with the normal Zenathal highlighting on my Chimera's?

Or should I use my airbrush to highlight very strong lines on all the sharp angles, with a fade further onto the larger plates, leaving the middle areas properly black?

I am going for an old school Steel Legion dirty yellow-ish brown for these things.

Its going to start with Vallejo Desert Yellow then Zandri Dust.

On that note, should I add a undercoat of something pinkish/magenta/red because I've seen a ton of people say thats a really good thing to do with tans.

Hello! I'm not sure you will like it, but my answer would be that you could do any / all of the above if you want? But if it' still early for you in the hobby, I would pick one and go from there. Probably not the undercoat (unless you are following a step-by-step example).
