I wanted to force myself to paint all my termagaunts before I started. I wanted to nail the colour scheme first but just decided to dive in instead

I realised the reason I wasn’t enjoying painting them was because painting organic stuff is hard. Just decided to push myself and get on with the psychophage

Work on the carapace has started. Wondering how I’m going to alter the skin tone on the arms. A little too bright for me right now but unsure how to darken them slightly without dousing it in nuln oil

They just look a little flat right now. I used gullimans flesh on the abdomen so maybe I’ll water down some of that and sort of glaze it over
