Hello, I haven't painted in a while and when I started today, I poured some of my Nuclear Sunrise speedpaint. This is what was in it. I made sure it was thoroughly mixed using a paint mixer, but the result didn't change. I mixed it multiple times. Any clue?

Nope. It has been sitting in my room for I'd say 2 months without use.
I did paint with it afterwards, and it worked as intended, but I had to rub off some of those specks off the mini. Looks normal but I still don't know what it is

Rust from a low quality agitator ball? Or maybe just a manufacturing issue -those can happen on rare occasions in most ranges

I think I've seen this specific problem with another AP speed paint. I would contact AP to see what they say.
