#ink/paint coming off?

Hey all,

When priming minis I follow the same.process:

-airbrush black Vallejo airbrush primer
-45 degree angle grey Vallejo air brush paint
-top down spray liquitex white ink

I've painted 100+ minis this way, but for some reason the batch I primed this afternoon (about 8 hours ago) the white and grey come off when I try to paint over them.

I even tried giving it a spray of Vallejo Matt airbrush varnish, but same result.

The only thing that has changed is a fresh bottle of primer opened (same type as usual though) but presumably that's not the issue as the black isn't coming off?

Not sure, any help appreciated, video attached of a slightly damp brush "painting" the base

Ink might not be fully dry before you paint over it? In any case, what helps is spraying some matte varnish over the ink when you're finished. Should seal it up nicely so it doesn't reactivate.

I use Vallejo black primer for everything here, but for me, at least the 200ml tube I have simply doesn't work with 3D Printing, it doesn't seal the surface and the paint applied to it is absorbed as if I were painting a piece of ceramic, I know that other friends use without any issue, it must be something in my lot.
