I need help recreating this paint scheme

How exactly would you guys get this skin color and tone, complete with the reddenned bruised and bloody portions? I'm thinking of starting off with a wraithbone spray and then doing a guilliman flesh wash, but am clueless after that. For the injured parts, I've read that carroburg crimson and drucchi violet work well, with some blood for the blood god thrown in, possibly with a drop of black for really dark blood.

Honestly I think you’d get really close (using citadel colors since you named a few) by basecoating solid cadian fleshtone, but with a liberal midtone of kieslev flesh, then recess shading brownish red, blending some parts and then finishing with blood for the blood god
