I recently bought a pre printed dice tower and while it's of good quality, I'm a little disappointed with the rock "textures" that it was printed with. WAY too smooth for my liking.

I'm still new to painting, but I know enough, however, I could use some help on adding attitional texture to the large Boulder the dragon sits on as well as the rocks around the tray at the bottom.

Available to me right now is standard PVA glue & modpodge.

I don't think you can texture the rocks with just glue. Would need something epoxy clay (milliput, green stuff, apoxie sculpt) and a sacrificial toothbrush or tinfoil ball or something.

Mix the pva, with a bit of modpodge and a bit of paint (I would say a dark grey/black) and dump in some fine sand you'll atleast have some texture which you can apply with a thick brush or toothbrush.

Add a little water ofc

That wya the modoodgr and pva should make the layer lines a bit less visible and the sand should make it a tad more interesting

Easyest might be sanding the upward facing ones down till smooth
