How do i make the bases look like they do on the box?

The green things are called tuffs. The ground texture itself you can either glue down some dirt you find yourself, bought ready made dirt or with a texture paste. Same for the tiny rock. I use texture paste and decoration stones/sand which you often get next to candles.

Then it's only painting them as you wish
