#What glue for small elements of GW minis

I am beginner of painting and my current topic are Primaris Intercessors from GW.
Those minis have couple of accesories I can choose to add to belt (pouches, books, grenades, holsters and so on).
I have such glue candidates:

  1. Tamiya Extra Thin Cement
This is great glue but I've noticed not always. It works bad especially with small elements both covered with paint (like poches and belt).
When surface is bare plastic, there is no discussion - superb and strong bounding.
  2. Army Painter super glue.
With last mini I use it and despite earlier bad impression now it just works. Only minus is applying because I have to be carefull.
Anyway seems to hold small parts strong and don't care if surface is painted or not.
  3. Loctite 406 super glue
In perfect conditions it is strong like hell but it melts plastic (like Tamiya). I use this glue to other activities and time to time I find it just doesn't work (probably materials are not suitable).

Questions:

  1. What glue is the best for attaching small painted parts?
  2. Is big pressure needed to achieve expected bound (some parts are hard to press).
  3. Is indeed Tamiya glue fragile on paint or I use it wrong?
  4. Maybe there is better glue or in fact there is no difference between them in context of minis?

On HIPS plastic, Tamiya is superior but it only works on plastic to plastic since it is a plastic solvent. If you have a painted surface you would need to scrape the paint off the connection points or use super glue, which also risks being messy and leaving a bead.

Tamiya you can brush on both halves and wait a few seconds before you put them together. If you squeeze hard you can get a bit of melted plastic, which is sometimes a feature that is good for filling gaps. If you don't need a gap fill, a press until it holds into place on it's own and you can leave it to set on it's own in a few minutes

And what with super glues? Are all of them the same or maybe superiority is a matter of application?

There's different viscosities. Gel versus thick versus extra thin. I've heard complaints about gorilla glue, but I have used Loctite, Bob Smith Industries, and zap a gap and the only thing I noticed is some variation in shelf life

Besides the viscosity that I buy ofc

Extra thin is like seriously extra thin. It has almost no surface tension so when you use it it spills out faster than water and gets wholesale everywhere
