I think the problem might be the fact that everything is quite saturated
you have a lot of hue and some value contrast but with saturation being so high across the board, it kind of hits you in the face when you look at it
mask being saturated is good for sure
but for the rest I think you could afford to mute the trousers, boots, brigandine, and pouches
basically everything below the chest
make sure when people are drawn to looking at the bright elements in the focal area around the face and upper body, they aren't being pulled towards the lower half unwillingly
