Early on this, 3rd model. Base coat, with some shading on arms and wash on body.

Trying to figure out what color for the belly, thinking either “bone” or a dark blue. Happy with how the crystals turned out so far.

wash was a bit heavy in places. planning on cleaning up with the base color, and dry brushing highlights.

Love the dragon..considering how dark your crystals are and overall a darker red color for the dragon. That bone color or a light beige would probably help balance it 😊

The army painter dark wash is disappointingly glossy.

cleaned up the wash with some of the base color. still a bit to do. also a picture showing how clear the crystals tuned out.
