Hey. I did two miniatures. One on the left is newest model and right is the oldest one.
I wanted to redo the oldest model with the new one so I can give it a more natural look.
By natural look, I mean with metallic paint, the flower, give the base a mix color of stone and grass, and use fake grass.
However, I am bit indecisive at the end product of the newest model. Whether the grass should be removed, paint the entire base to be green instead of green and grey, etc.
So I am looking for critique to improve the newest model

I personally enjoy the grey on the base with the green almost like a moss covered stone.
I like the flower but personally I would also paint the middle of it. Either in dark brown/ black like a sunflower 😊. Will just give it a more natural look as you mentioned.
Ultimately it depends how much you'd like to push yourself on redoing the old one
Thanks for the feedback. I was worried for the mode on left side. I thought it didn’t look good with the grass so I thought of removing it.
For the flower, I had a daisy flower but it was too big so I went the little one.
Makes sense, you could always try painting a moss texture if you wanted using like different colors

How to add flocking to terrain
Thanks. I don’t think I would do it but I would keep it in mind.
I had something like this for the final product but I am doubting if the fake grass should stay or I should just paint the base like a moss texture
nice 🙂
