3 minus the BattleMaster. Once he's done I think I'll do orange glazes into the shadows with the airbrush, and possibly some oil filters. Then add some details and then more weathering on top.

this is the very first time ever I have looked at a battletech miniature and thought "wow, that looks great"

And I've looked at many, MANY battletech miniatures. wonderful work, crisp as hell

Thanks everyone! Here is a sneak peek at the BattleMaster essentially being finished. I added some distressing (yes I know, he was very clean), and finished the cockpit and weapons.

Hmmm part of that could be that the pic is literally just darker than before lol. I'm impatient so I took it at night here and when I put it on my PC, I have my yellow light filter on which doesn't let me see colors in photos too well. Compare it with the freehand photos from earlier.

Yeah not a filter but I just tried to sponge some chipping on with the 1st edge highlight color.

Also when I'm done I generally put them in my airbrush booth and put a backdrop for photos so I'll have to make sure the exposure is better.

I finished the Phoenix Hawk, which will probably be my least favorite painting wise of the bunch (too many tiny panels with not so great casting). I also put the boyz under better lighting and retook the BattleMaster photos.
