So I've submitted a few minis in request points and I'm not sure where to measure to and from. I usually measure from the bottom to the very top. But then it doesn't match what the print files say for height. So I'm not sure where to measure from and to

Generally bottom of foot to the highest point.
Sometimes you’ll have a mini be more long than tall though. Like a dragon would be measured from tail to head.
Vehicles are often measured from corner to corner to get the diagonal measurement.

As a side note if you submit a unit the points don't always match the amount of minis as it is based on groups of up to 14
