I want to paint a mini that is appears to be looking at something amazing, something beautiful maybe. If it could look engaged or eager as well that would be even better. Anyone got any recommendations? I have access to a printer, so STLs are great. But, if you know one that needs to be bought outright thats fine too. :3

Browse through busts on something like https://www.elgrecominiatures.co.uk/ and see what catches your eye. Most busts will have a fairly expressive face and will be fun to paint, just a matter of choosing a subject you like.

Some manufacturers to look at (personal preference) are: Black crow miniatures, Scale 75, Big child creatives, Galapagos miniatures, Kimera models, Creepytables, Hera models

Do you mean something like Ignis Art's Bies? (even if it's out of production, just asking to understand what you are looking for.)
