Basing Plague Doctor in urban setting

I'm pondering if this needs more to the base and what. Specifically the part of plastic circle with nothing on it.

It's unlikely to be played with so it can be unusual.

The obvious is to extend the cobblestones with putty, which doesn't seem terribly interesting.

Most of my basing materials are natural looking and I think just placing tufts etc around it would look out of place.

Any thoughts on if this needs more to the base and what that might be?

Also, is there a way to pick where the thumbnail is centered..

You could add, some fallen coins, rocks on top, maybe a couple of piles of fine sand to represent dirt built up
