I am working on a painting a rock elemental model, and would appreciate some advice on where to proceed with the model pictured below (green base model for reference)

I sprayed on a coat of citadel black primer
I Followed that with a few layers of orc gray from The Army Painters Gamemaster Role Playing paint set.( https://www.thearmypainter.com/shop/gm1004p )
Then I added some shadow wash from the same kit.
I then used used additional orc gray to touch up the model.

Again, any advice on where to take the model from her would be appreciated. thanks in advance for your time!

Please take note that rock is not a solid gray scale. There are greens, blues, yellows. Subtle but always there

#

1st idea
Try to add greens, yellows and blues - can be via galeze or via wash. Then try to drybrush with worm colors from the top, and colder from the bottom.

#

2nd idea. Try adding some vegetation to make model more interesting

#

3rd idea add some inner glow. Elementals are magical creaters.
You can go magma style, or some yellowish green one. Or whatever suits you

4th idea
Improve your base. It can always add some stylistic touch to the model
