I don’t have leadbelcher or cadian fleshtone and plan on using army painter silver and barbarian flesh as substitutes

Honestly? You’re only going to get better at it if you try! Why not crack it open and build a few of the minis? You don’t have to build all of them in one go.

Paint the ones you have built to get a sense of things.

Also strongly recommend not following the Citadel “recipe” - it’s there in the box to sell you GW paints. There are other brands out there that are just as good/better for less money - Vallejo for instance.

I wouldn't know since I havent bought anythign like that, however, if you have glue, basic paints among other things, you will be fine. The instructions should walk you through assembling and if you ever run into problems with paiting, you can ask here

also rescuecan is right, you dont need the citadel paints to paint the models

vallejo is good, and even if you use citadel, following the exact combo isnt probably gonna work out
