I got ahead of myself with the skin colors for my trolls, and I suspect that the others in the faction will have similarly disparate colors (although they will probably all be blue, green, or blue-green) and forgot to even consider their armor, trim, fur, wood, and metal options and I'm drawing a huge blank. Please help!

I would use different browns on the different parts of the armor because brown would play nice with all the different skins you made

You could also do something like copper colored armor with golden yellow accents.
