You may want to try highlighting smaller parts with individual brush strokes, because dry brushing isn't very precise. On this model, I would drybrush the hair and the pants, but I would hand paint highlights on the sandals/feet/wraps because my drybrush wouldn't handle the little details well.
You picked fun colors, and it looks good. It looks like you're getting good at brush control, because the different areas of color are very distinct from eachother.
You can afford to play around more with having a wider range between shadows and highlights. I would make the shadows darker and the highlights brighter on the sash and maybe the hair.
