Vallejo paint scrapes of easily

I was messing around with one of my minis and I accidentally scraped a bit off. So how easy r Vallejo brand paint being scraped off.

Any acrylics are relatively easy to scrape off

It's not endemic to the brand

But some of my older models seem more difficult being scraped off. So could it be the paint isn’t fully dry

1. the paint on older minis are probably cured after months/year/however much time

2. Is the mini material the same, are the old minis plastic, and the new one metal, pvc, what

I wanted to test the durability of the paint

scratching at paint isn't a realistic test, but yes if it's applied recently, IE in the last couple days, it will be less durable than paint that has sat for weeks or months or more
