@raw sparrow what I do is make sure I do something, it can be small. I have the best luck doing a little bit in the morning while having my coffee, easier than forcing myself at night when I am tired

This isn't the strict hobby streak for points so really any hobby related activity here would be fine 😊 as we have a very diverse cast of hobbies and even mini painting types

Honestly schedule the time in. Even if it's only a few minutes a day. If you can also having a dedicated hobby space that you can leave your project out can also inspire you to want to work on it

I have an ipad I can use which would be perfect! plan out color schemes etc. i've gotten a birthday present two years in a row that's basically "pick a patreon monthly and we'll pay for it" so i have a tonnnnnn of models of many different varieties to work on... i could count working on picking color schemes as part of my streak

Alright.... I am going to try to start a proper streak. I'm counting any of the following:

• Any kind of painting
• Priming miniatures
• Printing miniatures
• Gluing together models
• Basing
• Figuring out color schemes (must involve some degree of sketching or physical work, not just thinkin)
• Preparing files for printing

Giving myself get-out-of-jail-free cards whenever i have migraines or work-related eye issues because painting/miniature work is excessively difficult on those days. excited to start putting more time towards the hobby : )

i have a hobby handle that uses putty to attach it straight to the top of the handle (think using putty to attach the feet of the mini right to the cork), but i'd much prefer a little extra room

Drill a hole, super glue a toothpick, might have to trim it a bit to get a good fit. The toothpick is wooden so real easy to get rid of.

You can also get 1/16” brass rod. If you use a drill of the same diameter there is a tight fit with no need to glue.

D48: I did more board work. The second one is done and dusted. This is my last streak day since tommorow is school so I don’t think having a hobby streak is sustainable until maybe a few months in once I’m adjusted. I had fun streaking with all of you guys!

d35 broke out the oils to blend together the nmm. did the left side of the body. I'm pretty pleased!
