#Looking for feedback on army leader miniature

In order to pop as a centrepiece I would expect it to be a little less de-saturated. Maybe something else that yells 'I'm important'? Bright red, bright yellow. If possible focussed on the face. I don't know if it's possible in this given army as I don't know the lore behind it.
I think the main thing I'd try to improve in that would be the weapon. It doesn't look bad or anything, it just feels like it could use some more color variation and/or contrast.
Currently it's kind of colorless and flat compared to the rest of the model, and it's actually a really big part of the model. So maybe add some deeper shadows, add some color to the grey, or even do some of the parts of it with a totally different color?
i love body and armor, but to my mind scythe can have some love too, you can shade it more or add another colours
Thanks for the input! The idea with the scythe was to not have it the same color as the rest of the model. I guess that failed. I tend to just add white when highligthing, so my models loose saturation. And I have no idea how to paint rods…
