I don't have a great artistic or color eye, I'm going to be using this as the primary color but no idea what I should try for secondaries like undercloth/under armor or other non-metal accents and markings.
Any and all suggestions are appreciated

With a bright cyan as main colour, I would go for a muted complementary colour, in this case that would be an orange-brown, basically a rust colour

For non-metal accents, greens, oranges, reds, and greys could look nice
If you want some inspiration you could look at what some people paint for Alpha Legion in Warhammer—though it’s metallic, the main color is similar

Just on a paint test dummy now. Scheme for the new 40k dwarves coming out

with such a bright base coat I think I'd go with an off-white or maybe a harmonizing blue-green for secondaries
