Entered VOD earlier, serveral items disappeared (bandages, fertilisers) [those that i noticed]. after VOD, achieved Vanquisher but title cant be found.

Entered VOD earlier, serveral items disappeared (bandages, fertilisers) [those that i noticed]. after VOD, achieved Vanquisher but title cant be found.
felt like a rollback when i entered VOD as well as my hotbar was showing an item that i changed out recently
issue (missing title) still there even after the server restart.
