Its not hard to breed the dinos in the propagator, take them out, place 99 different dinos in it and then breed those and so on..

They are capped to try and remove people using ratholes. But people know how to use just a few in ratholes anyways lol

The limit is ultimately pointless because you can rotate thousands of dinos through 1 propagator anyways. Takes an extra couple minutes but whatever. The limit doesn't stop rathole dwellers.
