so I normally play with 4:3 stretched res for fps reasons and it's kind of a must for me with the performance of my pc, is there any way to get it here or has it not yet been implemented?

yes the same way you do it in csgo. you set your game to your desired 4:3 resolution and thes set the scaling mode and device in your nvidia control panel

I have intel graphics and I use it's version of that setting, it works in other source games like tf2 and portal 2 but not here
