Console change

I'm not sure if any commands need to use the ` character, but if nothing does, then please change ` to go back whatever menu you were on (if I opened the console while ingame I would be exited to the game and not the menu) instead of just typing ` in the console textbox

I think they plan to change this in the future along with some other qol changes to the console, just not a priority now
