I have a bunch of questions about the product and the requirements that I would like to be able to get official answers about easily, but there is no way to do that because this server is designed primarily for existing users.

Look at your confirmation email there is a big button to join the owners discord which has a fan that answers many of your questions

ok, but this feature request is still for a "pre sales" channel. But, hey, I guess that's no longer my problem. Just super weird to not have a pre-sales channel for a premium product like this.

I'll jump over to that discord instead. It wasn't super obvious from the email that it was a different server to be honest. So many people call their discord "exclusive" even though it's actually not 🤣
