hello, i just finished my first " Edicts from the beloved emperor " quest but i can't take it, i tried to restart the game and all ...nothing works !

You have to complete one elite and one legendary without logging off then you'll be able to turn it in.

the leg was green, when i did the elite it became white

Did you play the legendary and elite at the same session or immediately after completing of one quest either legendary or elite?
