1.- Create a new LVL 40 Egyptian Civ.
2.- Access the created civ and head to the "NUBIAN EXPEDITION" region.
3.- Click on the "Trade Dock Foreman" character.
a.- Expected Result: The "Trade Giza Limestone" quest is available.
b.- Actual Result: The quest is not available and nowhere to be found.

they already made it clear there are some rewards you can't get because of skipping to level 40. they would have a right to specify that if you skip to level 40, then you can't get limestone. if that is the case ,then you have to decide between leveling up to 40 and doing the quest for limestone or skip to level 40 and not having the ability to earn limestone from playing the quest.

I would agree, but the Celts, also skipped to LVL 40, has access to the "Trade Celtic Charcoal" quest, is just inconsistent.
