With now 8 CIVs and maybe ~~tomorrow ~~ in the future more. It is becoming more difficult to know which advisors were activated on which civilization. I thought especially for new players (casual may had the time to maximize their civ)
So listed in red CIV where you didn't activate that advisor, in green or yellow, CIV that would "miss" it
Can be applied also to recipes (account wide, do I know it or not)
