In the early days of this game all the civs at the time had full upgrades for walls and towers. They made balance changes back then and most of the civs lost the upgrades. So wouldn't it be nice if this advisor could be given to all civs? Or upgrades brought back. Or at least, it would be nice to see the full artwork on both towers and walls. Greek walls look wimpy for their current final upgrade. Persian towers at full upgrade looked awesome now they look wimpy. etc....

we can definitely consider this once we have a dedicated model for the Babylonian tower, which is currently unfortunately missing.

Yep this could be a great change for Cyric if the Babylonian tower model ever gets added. Giving him +1 towers and +1 wall upgrade would make him much more sought after (possibly swap with Age 3 or Age 4 advisor too, since the upgrades only kick in in Age 4).
