Turbo mode / fast timing mode

Hi folks,
We used to play AOE 2 when we were kids with friends. We are not looking to play. But AOE 2 is quite costly for us. We tried AOEO, but we can't spend more than 30 mins in a game due to other commitments/work.

In AOE 2 we all use cheats to instant build buildings, train units etc so that our parents do not complain about playing video games for so long and the game would end within 30 mins. Can there be such a cheat mode/turbo mode or setting in AOEO?

Empire consumables act like kind of a "cheat" code, AKA you can get some really good resources inflow that way

Otherwise it's only possible to go offline mode and edit a map with more resources or give your villagers a work tool with +200% constr speed etc.
