I'm getting 1-7 fps and it wont go higher, I've switched it to my GPU and I don't think it is switching properly and it is still connected to my CPU, can anyone help me please.

Check if it’s using an IGPU using task manager, if it is, go to your device manager and disable your IGPU under “display adapters”
