I live in Turkey and am unable to buy the Legacy Collection. Nobody in Turkey can, i believe this is the case in Argentina as well. The new Steam guidelines suggest that a game must be at least 11 TL and 5.5 TL discounted. Since the bundle is free with a 99% discount, Steam won't let the transaction to be completed. I was wondering if you are aware of this and can you do anything about it? I was going to DM ModMail about this but since I recently joined the server i am unable to. (I DM'd ModMail but haven't got a response yet.)

To sum it up: 2.20TL is too cheap for steam and they need the game to be more expensive to even be able to sell it to players in these regions.
