The following items mentioned are Twitch Drops that I have unlocked but have failed to receive in-game. I have constantly clicked the CLAIM NOW button on the Starbreeze page and have logged out and into my account in-game and have yet to receive them. I had no issue unlocking and receiving the The Almir (Mask) on the same day.

Please help with this issue alongside many others who experience the same problems and receive our items without delay or problem.

• Geist (Mask)
• Haunted (Suit)
• Touch of Death (Gloves)

Also been having this issue, it's been like 12 days... Also, I only got the drops before that (Big Cheese and etcs) after 21 days.

i got it fixed
you have to individually check each item in its catagory to see if it has been unlocked, things like masks wont be in your inventory as you have to buy it first
