If you do not reset your skills before exporting, when you import you will have only the leftover skill points from your export, and all skills set to 0.
If you remember to reset your skills before exporting then you will be able to re-allocate all your points.
As you can see here, I have 123 skill points and level 0 everything, despite being level 350

Strange, my skill points carried over when I exported and imported into another device. I'm thankful that didn't happen to me.

I still have my original save, just need to wait a bit longer for the export timer to occur, can only export every 2 hours or something,
Need to get my skill points back cause can't re-get back to where I was without it lol
Maybe next game update a routine can be put in to check if your skill points are greater than or less than your current level, and if so, refund skill points and reset the avaliable points to be your current level, that way if it ever gets out of sync in the future it auto fixes itself.

Very strange bug. Didn’t notice this in my testing. Can you please DM me the save code and I’ll try it on my dev machine. Won’t mess anything up on your end
