In the latest release notes, this was supposed to have been fixed. I did not have this bug before, but have since the latest release.
During a frenzy, I used to have no problem collecting all cookies. Now, I have to be prepared, I always end up collecting at the bottom of the screen because cookies are "missed" as I try to collect and just keep falling, and even then, 50/50 shot on whether I get them all. Prior to this update, if I saw a frenzy starting out of the corner of my eye, I could grab my phone and collect them all no problem. No chance of that anymore if I'm not actively waiting for the frenzy to start. If there are objects on the screen that block pickup such as a live event or word search, getting 100% is impossible, whereas that used to be no problem to work around.
I also noticed that this only affects rainbow cookies. Frenzies that contain only light cookies are no problem to collect.
