i didnt pay as much attention to basketball at that time. but yeah i remember how big of an upset that was for the lakers. i got more into the pistons when i was older
i remember i got back into the lions just in time for the 08 season, when i graduated high school. then in college i had a friend who was an extremely devout packers fan and he would talk so much smack to me about the lions and it became a part of our friendship. so in a way his passion for the game got me back into it even more.
