he's one of the most talented qbs in the league, though has yet to display it fully due to lack of formidable coaching and mentoring, protection, and weapons. there's a lot of hype around him because he now has no excuses since the bears have added offensive line help and more weapons for him in the offseason on top of improving the defense. his ceiling is going to be much more obtainable and nfl fans are excited for that and are going to take that into consideration for ranking qbs going into the next season. if fields were to receive this current praise next offseason after having a similar passing season (horrible with short passes, elite deep ball, minimal passing offense) then fields would be overrated asf
