it could, you just need to rewrite physx to use HIP, which allows both cuda and amd cards to use one unified api for different hardware

@somber aurora If you have Thunderbolt 3 or USB 4 (USB C but more advanced), you can have an eGPU (External GPUs), but RTX 4090s are a bit big for it...

actually ROCm for windows is already out for a week

now someone needs to rework this to HIP/ROCm and then both Nvidia and AMD should work
