For Steam and meta similar, no lose the upgrades but after a match, when change to another weapon that previously you have upgrade… lose memory assigned, but if you edit that weapon you can active them again without need more points. Only that game no memory assigned upgrades and desactive some of them or more🤷🏻♂️. I have ready reported that to ticket. But I haven’t needed reset the game with Steam version in my case.

As mentioned above, if you've picked up other weapons during your playthrough, whenever you go back to older weapons you will need to reapply your skins and upgrades. It should just be a case of visiting a workbench. If this is not the case, and your upgrades are entirely gone, please do record some footage and share here so I can pass onto our support team for investigation.
