Basically, after figuring out who the perpetrator was and confronting them I told them to leave town for good. Now however I seemingly cant tell the Vicar about it, all he says when talking to him is "I'll trust you'll do the right thing or something of that descriotion.
Also checked and said perpetrator is definetly not in town anymore.
