My Sniper Elite 3 keeps stuttering

I am playing on Steam and suddenly my Sniper Elite 3 keeps stuttering. The mid to lower part of the screen keeps doing it, especially to the left. Is it a GeForce problem? I never had this problem before.

If you could please share an example of this happening (captured video would be great), as that would help with troubleshooting this issue.

I don't know how to capture gameplay. Could it the usage of GPU?

Even if it’s as low fi as recording your screen with your phone, seeing the issue occurring really helps with us being able to replicate or explain the issue.
